Former Lagos police commissioner, Abubakar Tsav is dead. He was 83.
He died in Kano on Tuesday after a brief illness, his son Mohammed announced on Facebook.
“Inna Lilahi wa inna ilahi raji’un. WE lost our beloved father Alhaji Abubakar B. Tsav today.
May the Almighty Allah have mercy on his soul and forgive him all his sins and shortcoming.
And may the Almight Allah accept him into Al-Janna Firdau. Ameen”.
